Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Up to 20% of people are neurodivergent or neurodistinct. Though many have a formal diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia Dyslexia or one of the many other neurodivergent conditions, the majority don’t, though they still have different needs in the workplace.

In this talk Prof John Sharry will describe the different neurodivergent conditions and what accommodations are needed to be inclusive in the workplace. Positively embracing neurodiversity in the workplace can increase cooperation, teamwork and productivity, benefiting everyone.
